Justin first sold a house for me back in 2005 and did a great job getting it sold for a price we were happy with. Last year, 2024 we sold 3 and bought 3 homes with Justin and Trace - selling the 1st home that was an out of town investment property with multiple challenges as the home was tenanted and needed repair. They sold it and kept us calm throughout the process as they found solutions every step of the way. 2nd home- A family home where children grew up, so multiple emotions wrapped around that, the care, compassion and understanding that Justin and Trace gave to the now adult kids was second to none. The 3rd home; was a last minute decision when the government put in new rules for owning multiple homes in Vancouver…decided on a Thursday to sell, had their painters in, staged and sold within a week. Within these sales we purchased 2 condos and an acreage home that all went incredibly smooth…Justin and Trace are definitely your go to realtors for any type of property you plan on buying or selling… their ability to work around any Market or any type of home just proves they really are your advocates for your success!
