Built with every shortcut possible - zero care, effort or skill. Entire outer wall lacking insulation (winter gas bill ~400/month to keep temp at 68), main shower leaking into garage, no door installed from garage into home, no paint on walls, I could go on. Workers have come back on multiple occasions without giving notice to mend failures - walking on roof, peering in windows, touching & moving items, cutting internet lines 3x (imperative when work from home, was told it was our problem each time), etc. Zero accountability. Can thoroughly tell nobody cares or respects people or their homes/property as they solely see it as a job site. This is stated as nicely as I could, and a lot is left out. Would strongly advise to look elsewhere. It's a wonder how this company is in business. Newly built subdivision in Bath, Ontario.

No responsibility & nothing but issues. Extensive water damaged caused by a pipe not connected during construction. It’s been a struggle to even get a response, let alone any repairs completed. Kaitlin admitted the fault, but doesn’t seem to care about fixing it. Poor quality build, poor quality customer service.

Very happy with the purchase of my condo in Bowmanville! The sales staff were knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The condo was completed on time and exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and finishes. The floor in my unit got scratched by a trade right before closing and the Kaitlin team was extremely responsive and efficient in getting the boards replaced for us! Overall we are super happy with the investment we made and would definitely buy from Kaitlin again.

They build terrible homes. Things will start to go wrong after 5-7 years. At which point you won’t be able to do anything about it other than pay to have it fixed yourself. Stay away from this builder and go with a more reputable builder like Mattamy. Not everyone and anyone can build a good quality home that will last. Before I lived in a new build I lived in a house that was built before I was born and there were no issues or leaks. Live in a Kaitlin home and you’ll be needing to demolish and redo a lot of their work.

Ours was a new build built during Covid and the sales people were extremely helpful & knowledgable and then the staff that helped with one’s choice of flooring and bathroom tiles and kitchen cupboards went above and beyond. Like all new builds, there were some issues when we moved in (such as an interior room wall not being straight and an Airconditioner not cooling enough) but Kaitlin corp quickly sent tradespeople to fix the wall and then arranged for the AC unit to be replaced with a more powerful one, all free of charge. Our condo board also negotiated directly with Kaitlin Corp on a number of exterior items that the condo board looked after and Kaitlin settled very generously with the board in a reasonable amount of time.
