I Run to the store when My Neighbour noticed that the Tail light at the right side of my SUV is Not Working . Instead of Scheduling I was Ask to stay for a while then Fix it right away and Not charging with it. A Big salute to All the Guys and Kudos to a Guy who fix it right away. Again Thank you so Much…

After being told by Canadian Tire that no one was available to fix tires on the weekend, we aired up our punctured tire and went to Kal Tire.
Immediately once there, a serviceman was willing and able to help us and had us out in under an hour.
They really helped to make the best of a bad situation.

Called them this morning to send a mobile guy to fix my trailer. After waiting, I receive a text message saying that the mobile guy is no longer available and that we would have to get it to them. We tow the trailer to their yard and send parts from Edmonton to Edson. After sitting there waiting for two hours, they have yet to touch our trailer and we are told their mechanic is going to get a hair cut and won't be able to get to our trailer until Monday. Pathetic customer service and absolute waste of time. Would not recommend bringing your business here.

Truck was stranded 2hrs in the woods with 2 flat tires, brought the tires and rims all I was asking was to put them on the rims and balance. Was told they were too busy too help me left me stranded. Takes 10 minutes to help someone in need. Give your business to any other shop.

Asked for a simple price of how much it would cost to fix a leak on a tire, got asked for all my personal information for a file? Then told I'd be called back with a for sure price. Didn't give him any information. I hung up. How useless cana. Front desk rep be?

Today I got a flat and it was under thirty minutes before closing when I called. In the end, I wasn't able to get tires there as there were none that would work BUT I am just so thankful for how everyone working there tried their best to help me and even called around town when they didn't have the right tire. They gave me good advice and checked my spare so I'd be okay enough to drive home to Edmonton on it. (I did make it!) So for whoever was working till close on Friday Sept 27, I appreciate all of you. What great customer service.

First of all I had 2 blow outs on the hwy. Now they didn’t have the tires I had….Now the guy that put the tires that they sold me (where RV tires) was good!
So I get home these tires are trailer tires NOT motor home tires!!!
So I phone Kal tire Yellowhead now they are very nice! They told me they talk to the Edson Kal Tire and they told them that….they told me that this tires would get me home!!!
Good one!!! Why would I spent over 1000.00 on tires to get me home 1. AMA could tow me into Edson. 2. I could find another place that I had tires, or I could wait for kal tires!
Everything was worked out, not because of the Kal Tire in Edson! Thank you Eric from Kal Tire Yellowhead!
