Kamran Ali sold our home in 4 days for an over asking price. We were worried about the real estate market situation since the Bank of Canada increased the interest rates in two consecutive months ( June & July) before we listed our property and there were already listings in our neighborhood which were not selling even though their asking prices were changed.
