We were moving back to Nova Scotia from Alberta so we needed to purchase a home based on what we could see on Realtor.ca

The problem with that is photos don't always match up with what you see when you walk through the door, so we needed an Agent we could trust rather than one who may be simply focused on the commission. Kane came well recommended by several folks we knew, turns out their comments were well deserved.

We are both retired so we don't have to live or work in HRM, so it was a clean slate for Kane to work with. We have family and friends in the Annapolis Valley, Chester, New Glasgow and Truro/Bible Hill, so the right home at the right price was more important to us than "location, location, location" all of the above areas would fit the profile for us. How many Agents would take that task on !!!

Kane must have clocked up a good number of miles and more than a few hours checking out places for us. The end result was, Kane helped us find the right home (in Bible Hill) a home that we were able to move into within days after driving back to Nova Scotia.

If ever an Agent earned his commission it's Kane, it was probably the toughest task he's ever faced but he took to it without a moan or a groan or a complaint. Kane treated us with respect and regard, he never lost his sense of humour and he got the job done for us.

The least we can do is to add our recommendation towards Kane to anyone buying or selling a home anywhere in Nova Scotia.
