I recently moved into the Keystone building by The Kaneff Group and overall, I’m very happy with my choice. The building is clean, secure, and well-maintained, and the front desk staff are always friendly and helpful.

I’d especially like to thank Emmanuel, who was incredibly supportive and professional throughout the entire process. He patiently answered all my questions, followed up regularly, and made the experience much smoother.

My only feedback is that the process took longer than expected. Although Emmanuel got my approval within a week, sending over the final lease took much longer, delaying my elevator booking and forcing me to adjust my moving plans. Still, the building’s structure and rules keep things well organized, and I’m glad I chose this property.

I went to an event today, and it honestly made me so happy. It’s nice to see the landlord doing something special for residents no matter how small or big, it’s the thought that counts.I spoke with Narcisa Muharemi, the property manager, and she was amazing. She was chatting with everyone, helping out, making coffee, and even talking with the kids. She’s such a down-to-earth person.She asked me, “Have you seen a change?” and I told her, “I definitely have the team right now is the best so far.”I asked her some questions, and she addressed them right there on the spot, explaining everything so clearly. She took the time to speak with everyone, made jokes while handling concerns, and always said, “One thing at a time.” It was so nice to see someone in charge be so kind and approachable. She told us, “Call me, email me I’m here to help, I want to help.” And you could tell she truly meant it.
