If you are looking for trustworthy and experienced real estate professionals, Karl and Andrew Deering are your team. Buying real estate is a big deal for most but buying sight unseen (from Ontario) takes it to another level. The buyer has to be able to trust the process and has to have great communication with the agent. Karl and Andrew have been there 100% from day one to completion. They have shown great patience, attention to detail and guided me through the whole process with kindness and understanding. Karl and Andrew took a pretty long drive out to face time with me to get a visual of the home and property, and again were there at closing.
