Although I had concerns about trying to sell a home in the winter vs the summer months I met with Kat to discuss this as an option. Kat was able to reassure me that there are many advantages to trying to sell in the winter and knew exactly the right time to list my home. She was spot on with the timing to list and my house sold in 4 days, with 9 offers, and for 50000 over asking!

The process felt seamless and Kat and Darren guided me through and eased my mind with any concerns I had. Kat, Darren and their assistant Brittany seemed to be available to answer my questions and communicate with me at all hours of the day.

I started with Darren as my agent in 2009. Helped me buy my first house on a very modest budget. Always treated me just as importantly as his top clients. Reached out to him again this past year and worked with both him and Kat to sell and buy. Our place sold for $100k over asking price within a week. The time they took to promote it goes above and beyond. The videos they created as part of the package and the included house inspection made a significant difference. These guys know what they're doing from a marketing perspective and honestly no one else does it better in this city! Very patient while we looked at many houses (losing many with crazy pandemic offers) and were very honest when a house was not a good choice for us in their opinion.
