She helped manage a difficult transaction with a lot of moving parts. 1) She was very responsive at the outset (while she was in Mexico on vacation) - and had she not been I doubt we would have ever had time to get the property under contract. 2) Her and her team were highly competent and explained the process/were well organized and patient. Ensured proper forms were completed to protect me - which turned out later to be consequential. I have a lot of real estate experience in the US - but was not familiar with the Canadian system.
