Kathy was helpful throughout the process and provided good insight into what was necessary throughout including closing. In addition to being very helpful in this way, she managed the relationship with Bezanson's Auctioneering to dispose of the contents of the house being sold in order to conclude an estate sale of the contents. (This aspect was one that I was having difficulty establishing.)
