Everything about working with Katrina was incredible. I was beginning the relocation process to the Comox valley for a position with DND and I couldn't have met a more perfect person to help me find my home. Originally I was working with someone else but it really wasn't going well. On a whim, my wife and I just decided to check out a couple open houses without our original realtor and we met Katrina at one of them. She was intelligent, kind, professional, and she had all of the experience of dealing with military moves. We were so impressed that we walked away from that open house and my wife said to me "Why dont we let go of the other guy and ask Katrina to help us instead?" So I called her that day and it was the best decision we could have made.

I was in town for only a few days and Katrina moved mountains to get us into the places we wanted to see. She was amazing at asking us the important questions and anticipating our needs. If you're with CAF and DND, working with Katrina is a must! She was so good at explaining parts of the BGRS process to me, and prompting me to ask about things I wouldn't have even thought of on my own. Everything about working with Katrina was impressive and I would hire her again and again. In fact, if my family grows and we need to upgrade in the next 5 years, I know that I don't have to search at all. Katrina will be my only call.

Even if I wasn't going through a move with the DND and her personal experience with military moves didn't apply, Katrina would have still been the perfect choice for my family and our house search. But if you happen to be looking her up because you're being posted in the area or are otherwise part of a government move, working with Katrina is essential. Again, I couldn't be more pleased with her work.
