I talked to several contractors, for the kitchen renovation, the general response was that the project was too small for them to consider. Bryce from Keith Construction, not only called back, he did a site visit, provided options and guidance before presenting a quote. I cannot say enough good things about everyone at Keith from project manager Tom Saliken, the construction crew and sub-contractors. They were friendly, professional and very respectful. When we needed to get in and out, they always stopped and cleared a path for mom, as she uses a walker and is on oxygen. It was a little hectic as they worked around us but in four weeks, from tear out to painting is done, we had a new kitchen.
I would highly recommend Keith Construction for any renovation project, they are fast, efficient and just nice to deal with.

Where to start? I can't say enough good things about everyone at Keith and how great they were to work with on our garage. From their patience throughout the planning stage, to estimating the project, throughout the entire building process and the final attention to detail it was an absolute pleasure to have them on this project.

My wife and I both work from home and there wasn't a day that if one of us found ourselves in the driveway that who ever was working onsite wouldn't stop and say hello to each of us by name or take a moment to talk about the work they were so proud to be doing.

Great company, great homes!

I want to express our appreciation for the team at Keith's Construction and especially our project manager Tom S. and his work on our Lumby home.

It actually started with Chris N. and all the preparation he did to get us off to a great start, ensuring almost all of our selections and design details had already been solidified prior to breaking ground. This also ensured we had a solid budget and knew what to expect during each phase of the project. So a big shout out to Chris for his attention to detail, planning and organization. This definitely started our project off on the right foot and eliminated any potential worries we had as this was our first custom home build.

Living on the coast and building in Lumby could have been stressful for us if not for Keith's/Tom's project management skills. Even though we met mostly on line at first he ensured we were kept well appraised of what was going on and stayed in regular communication be it email, text or phone call if more pressing matters arose. Tom was also very good at follow up and ensuring we were all on the same page and had the same vision/direction.

When Penny and I visited Lumby during the build process Tom ensured he made time to walk through the project with us and never made us feel rushed or that the little details didn't matter - he wanted the home to be exactly how we envisioned it. Tom was also very good to work through the "hiccups" and correct the issue or offer an alternative solution.

Lastly, when you don't know, you don't know, and Tom was honest and didn't offer up any guesses, instead he chased down the answers or put us in touch with those who could. I especially appreciated the honesty and it demonstrated integrity - these values are immeasurable.

It was a great experience building our dream home with Keith's Construction Ltd. and I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to build or undertake a renovation.

We had spent many months looking to buy a home without success in Vernon before we shifted gears to search for a lot to build on. We are extremely happy that we did and that we engaged Keith Construction to design and build our home.

Keith Construction’s experience building custom homes proved invaluable to us from the get go. The lot that we became interested in consisted largely of rock on a slope so we needed help to determine if a home could be built without incurring excessive costs. Their careful evaluation of the situation and expertise gave us the confidence to go ahead with the purchase of property.

We collaborated with the team at Keith Construction on the design and communicated our selections remotely from Ontario and were kept well informed at each step of the build. As the build progressed, the build team saw an opportunity to make some modifications to enhance the living and outdoor space which further added to our beautiful home and demonstrated the level of care and thought the team put into their projects. Working extensively with Chris prior to building helped us conceptualize our ideas that Chris expertly applied to the design, budget and scope of work for our house. We were living in Calgary but now felt confident we could handle the build remotely with the Keith's team. Through many zoom meetings and Buildertrend we were always in the loop. As the build progressed the team of Doug and Renee were invaluable to us. Doug's expertise in all areas kept things moving along. His immense knowledge, timing and communication with the trades, ideas and practical skills amazed us. Back in the office, Renee could run a small country. She has her finger on the pulse of every detail of the build that gets things done.
