JEFF CHEONG, an agent of this brokerage completely screwed my parents in the purchase of their new home and sale. He suggested making an offer on a home they viewed with a “low offer” to see what happens (not uncommon) but this low offer turned out to be the highest offer with No Conditions which he did not clearly explain to them, and did not show them any comparables when he suggested the offer amount. They ended up with a house they ultimately did not really want and he ruined the entire experience. My parents unfortunately were too trusting and believed he had their interests in mind. Then they were in a position where they had to sell their home at whatever they could get because they had already purchased.

I still don’t know if Jeff Cheong is a completely inexperienced half-wit or if he is a conniving con man, but I know I’d stay far away from him. And if I were KR, I wouldn’t spoil your reputation.

Really sick and tired of constantly being harassed by people who work at this place. It seems EVERY week another Agent calls our house to see if we are in the Market to sell. This is harassment. STOP already. Or I will report the WHOLE agency to the Real Estate Board.
