As fist time home buyers from different province, we knew next to nothing of what to expect. Then by pure chance we met Sam Bianchini and we couldn’t be more lucky.

Buying our first home was increasingly stressful not just because we knew very little about the process, but also because we didn’t know much about the province and specifics of the real estate market here.

On top of that we always lived in the cities and didn’t have enough experience dealing with a house (septic what?).

Sam was there for us every day. He answered all our questions (silly or not). His resourcefulness and knowledge are truly impressive.

He educated us on Halifax real estate and guided us during our decision making. Sam presented us with the facts and trends, which helped us navigate the heated market.

And another thing. Sellers are really good at presenting their property in the desirable way. You look at the pictures and they may truly misguide you.

And one last thing. Details matter. Sam is highly organized and it’s important when you need to make important decisions quickly. All the docs were on point and presented in timely manner.
