I have known him for almost an year now. We are new to Calgary. The good thing about Kelly is, he never shows you just the house. He understands what your family needs. He understands the area, crime (if any), neighbourhood, quality of the house and helps you at each and every step. Being an immigrant and no idea of Canadian construction strategy. How do I explain the amazing experience of working with Kelly. Not only did he not blink at the situation with the ex and her unreasonable expectations but he did not try to lower the previous price the other realtor could not sell it at or ask us to update! He replied to every text, message and call within minutes but not longer than a few hours ( and that was just my side), he reassured and walked us through the process with grace and an ensuring confidence.
