Ken was a fantastic realtor during a time of big changes for my wife and I. We contacted Ken while in the process of moving from Calgary to Nanaimo. Ken was our Real Estate agent for the purchase of our home in Duncan this Summer/Fall.

Ken was our real estate agent for the sale of our home in Nanaimo this past Spring/Summer.
We found Ken to be professional, attentive, supportive and patient.
Ken patiently went through all the do's and don'ts of selling a house, the contracts that needed to be signed, and talked us through the procedures for doing all of this online.
He recommended the best things to do to make our house more attractive to potential buyers including but not limited to decluttering (we didn't realize how much "clutter" we had accumulated until we started decluttering) and small improvements to be made around the house.
Ken knows his "stuff" and made the whole process of selling our home as easy as he could for us.
We enjoyed working with Ken and definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell their home.
