Currently live next to one of there developments they have terrible etiquette for neighbors.

Constantly have trades driving heavy equipment through our private property, damaging our road way.

We've reached out to them asking them to curb there behavior many times, their behavior hasn't changed.

Currently dusting out our property with silica dust we've asked them to perform proper dust mitigation procedures but do not seem to care.

I’ve purchased pre sale condos from both Kerkhoff and Ledingham McAllister; and the quality difference cannot be denied. The Kerkhoff condos had many deficiencies and building amenities were not built to last. Ledingham McAllister builds were much more quality luxury, with no major issues since 2018

I would disagree with previous comments .i am disappointed with 1 water street. .Both pools and hot tub have leaked since construction and pools/hot tubs have been closed throughout 2024 as they are very slowly being fixed/reconstructed. There other outstanding issues. I am sure eventually the issues will be fixed and 1 Water St will be the premier development promised but it is taking a long time

Purchased a condo at One Water Street about 1.5 yrs ago now - amazing finish quality compared to other condo buildings I have looked at and excellent level of service from the warranty teams quickly addressing any minor issues I flagged. Special props to the very professional warranty employees. Clean, efficient and always service with a smile!

We pre-purchased two strata condos and after to years of waiting, the build was cancelled. We did our research and found all the builds the Kerkhoff started were completed.
After our pre purchase with the Kerkhoff family all went well and we got our new strata condo on time. We love our home and the community we live in. As a past president and being involved with the deficiencies, and warranty I am very happy with the Kerkhoff family and their first class response. I was also very happy with their employees. Leonard has been first class with any request I have had. I am proud to live in a Kerkhoff home and my wife and I would not hesitate to purchase purchase another one. So Patrick, and Dragica from 1151 Sunset give the Kerkhoff’s 5 star’s

The Kerkhoff Team at One Water has done an excellent job! I was very please with the customer service and their professionalism in each one of the team members that I met! Being in the industry it is very difficult to assemble an “A-Team” and Kerkhoff definitely has an A-Team.
I like to note:
I am in the construction industry and reading the previous reviews is not fair to this developer and many others that went thru Covid!
You don’t have a clue about issues with supply chain from the manufacturers during that time! We are still feeling it. Kerkhoff did best efforts and that’s why I appreciate their work!

We purchased a presale condo in One Water Street and were excited for it to finally be completed. There were so many deficiencies which are common with a new building (actually nowhere close to this many) but how they handled them is my reason for 1 stars. The fridge and dishwasher looked like they were from a dent and scratch sale and the panel of the fridge door was glued back on with the glue visible. One window opens (well actually doesn't open over an inch) into the deck railing and I am shocked they missed this during construction and is another display of lack of quality trades people who oversaw this project. Closet organizers were installed backwards, floors scratched and they refuse to fix or repair most of the things. I now have had to go through Travellers and although we had no access between initial walk through and possession any damage noted on possession is not being covered. If they would have fixed everything as expected I wouldn't be an unhappy customer and would have purchased a unit in One Varsity for a rental/investment since they would have fixed the shoddy job initially done but how they handled the post completion issues I will steer clear. I've emailed the company and their representative with no response
If they come to their senses and provide proper customer service and fix the garbage quality work like a quality, reputable company I will update my review. Until then I don't recommend purchasing a Kerkhoff buildt condo or home.

We purchased a Condo at One Water a bit more than a year ago. We were very impressed with the quality of the project. Kerkhoff is a great builder!
