Never rent at The Landing I go to visit my parents who live there for dinner and I find garbage littered outside their suite door it's from other tenants (I know who they are) harassing them for the past 2 years and the building manager lady Natasa doesn't seem to care much about it turns a blind eye and gives away renters personal information and all of it! As long as you pay rent every month I guess you can get away with constantly harassing other tenants.

Charging a senior to destroy his home when you were about to destroy it anyway, is inexcusable and proves to the entire world watching, that you and your scummy company and every employee working for you, as well as any people who do business with you, or your company, to be nothing more than cockroaches! Who I hope get squashed from existence one day! No senior or person deserves this kind of cruelty.

Have you seen what they are doing to that low income elderly man in Kelowna? Two sides to all stories but somehow I see no justification. Just greed a and callousness. If the man is correct, no one should buy anything from them imo. They are probably the type to sue anyone making negative reviews...

They told us they buy us out at 62,700 then when we had a house lined up they changed their story to half that. Their shady as hell. cost me my dream home too 😪. More too add recently they stole stuff out of my yard when confronted they acknowledged they took it said they make it right now there ignoring me.
