kerry is the most unprofessional real estate person I've ever met. he was to lazy to give a 2nd showing to a home one of my military relocates was interested in. he literally gave me the keys and said go on your own.
once they did buy it they had one issue, the pictured fire pit was gone and replaced with a semi rim and kerry just said it's not his problem.
beware selling or buying with kerry as he has clearly demonstrated a total disregard for the real estate code.. !!

Kerry is the rudest, condescending jerk that I have ever met. Don’t recommend. If there was a zero stars he’d get that. He wants your money and he doesn’t care how he gets it. Don’t sign a contract with him or you will have regrets.

Absolutely the WORST real estate broker you could possibly deal with. Kerry Pfannmuller is a BULLY and is completely out to lunch when it comes to dealing with clients. He is blackmailing/coercing us to pay fees to cancel a contract that was mutually agreed upon with the realtor. After speaking to NUMEROUS people about our situation with one of his realtors we found out that this type of behaviour is quite normal for him. Avoid him like the plague unless you want to get screwed over.
