After making the very big decision to move from SW Ontario to Courtney, BC, I feel extremely lucky that Kevin Dol was my real estate agent. I would like to thank Kevin Dol and his team for another outstanding experience. Selling your home and all the preparations required can be extremely stressful. Kevin made that experience less so with his knowledge and experience. I just finished talking with Kevin about selling my home and decided to leave this 5 star review. I base this review on how well prepared Kevin was in regards to the value of my house and how to effectively list it.
Of the 2 prior homes I have owned and subsequently sold, no one has listened as carefully as Kevin.
All told; this was a very different experience.
