Excellent experience- Kevin took in our ‘check list’ and sent us homes that were in our criteria…
When we would find a potential home, we would let Kevin know, and he made the arrangements to view. Some of the homes photographed much better than they showed, and Kevin was usually the first one to find the deal breakers. When we had questions on structure (cedar shingles)- Kevin made a call to his contacts and gave us the information we didn’t know. Kevin has a genuine interest in getting us into our forever home, and not settling on a home that doesn’t suit us.
Prior to Kevin, the real estate agent we were using had said I was “too picky”. She lost our Respect and our business.
There were a couple we put offers on, and when the bidding wars started, Kevin respected our limits, and we just kept searching.
When we found the right one, we asked Kevin to put in the offer on the sellers driveway.
For us, it was a nail biting experience, as this was the best and most reasonable house we had viewed, and we didn’t want to lose it-or overpay in another bidding war.
Kevin went to work, made some key suggestions during our offer, reply to offer communications that went over 2 days between the parties…. We got it!!, and we thanked Kevin for his hard work and key advice. We are sure the Kevin’s stick handling of the offer negotiations got our house….and we love it!!!
