We listed our home with Kevin even with prices and home sales dropping rapidly due to the fears of the sudden interest rate hikes. However, Kevin had our home staged nicely which then generated a lot of interest resulting in a lot of showings. We eventually received an offer from a buyer who was low balling and we were prepared to reject the offer outright and not even bother responding. But Kevin calmed the situation and worked the deal. After some back and forth the offer was reasonably increased due to Kevin's negotiations and communication until the deal was made. So even though the market has taken a big down turn, if you're truly interested in selling your home it's worth your while to hire the most experienced who knows what they're doing.
