They charge top rates for low low quality service. Big rip off, building has deteriorated, and major power tripping. They operate like prison guards and they will destroy your property with low quality repairs. They profit by charging high and delivering low. Awful! The worst in GP.

Key Property Management is a wonderful company to deal with. The staff are highly knowledgeable, professional, and approachable, and ensure that the governing boards that have hired them are informed of the latest laws and bylaws pertaining to their properties.

As I live outside of Alberta I have been using the services of Key Property Management for the past 9 years . They have been great to deal with. I really felt that my place was well taken care of and if I had any concerns they were right there to help out. When I asked them to do something or if there was a problem with the condo they were there to do the work. I can't say enough about the service I received and having them around made me feel that the weight was off my shoulders.

Don't ever live somewhere that they run, they are the worst! They will try to control everything you do. They will never answer questions, they try to get outta being accountable for anything that happens. They will send you emails complaining that your bedroom window is open when it's -13 out.. claiming pipes will freeze.. no pipes in my bedroom... so dumb.

I wanted to add to this because i knew they would say, "we just following the boards directives".. because this is the shield they hide behind every single time the over step or do anything wrong. well i Been here long enough that we have had 2 different companies/people run this place before you.. Now your in charge, all you do is complain about everything to the point of harassment! Its crazy, and than when your called out for not doing your job or destroying property or running over trees, backing into porches its all crickets.. it got to the point where you stopped people from being able to email the condo board, because it was nothing but complaints about your company!

but spin this however you like, people aren't dumb, and you have been booted out of other complex's in this town already.. wonder why?

Great property management company! They are in a difficult situation and will never please everyone. I have dealt with several staff over the past 7 months. I have always found them prompt, professional and willing to work with folks. Communication is excellent! Huge shout out to the staff… especially Keri….thank you!

Unfortunately, so many people are wildly misinformed of what property management companies do. Given that they manage with their hands mostly tied, they get a lot of flack for what owners, bylaws, and condo corporations pay them to carry out. I encourage anyone who feels frustrated with their property management companies to reach out to them and find out if the issues you are having are actually because of policies and bylaws. I have a lot of respect for this company taking so much heat on the chin despite doing their jobs (and very well I might add).

This company is run and operated by knowledgeable and experienced individuals who clearly care a lot about the people they are servicing. I’m in awe of their dedication to doing things by the book and with grace. I highly recommend Key Property to anyone looking for property management services. They are definitely the best of the best in Grande Prairie!

The level of unprofessional staff at this place is mind blowing! They are very rude and very unprofessional. Keri is the worst of all to deal with, she is out of touch and doesn't merit a management position. Being a manager requires good customer service, a great attitude, and professionalism towards customers, and these Keri doesnt have! Tenants don't deserve dealing with a person like her!
I recommend the owners to invest in giving interpersonal skill management training for their employees.
