Absolutely horrible experience with this property management company. Their operation is chaotic and unreliable, to say the least. Simple tasks are constantly bungled, creating confusion and frustration at every turn. But what’s even worse is how they take advantage of that confusion, slapping on arbitrary fees and fines with no accountability. Even when presented with clear, written evidence of their mistakes, they refuse to own up to them.
And don’t get me started on their repair work. What should be minor fixes are turned into outrageously expensive projects, all so they can levy special assessments from condo owners. It’s a clear money grab, with no concern for the well-being of the community. To top it off, they actively discourage owners from organizing and challenging these unjust charges.
Avoid them at all costs!

Imagine it is 2025 and you have family visiting from Vancouver, who then is accosted by a neighbour while just walking and told to "go back to where you come from, you don't belong here" in a menacing tone, you report it to both the local police and the Property Management because you believe something should be done to make the shared space welcome to ALL, and you are met with a lack lustre email saying "Was that comment made seriously or was he maybe trying to be funny because of the very cold weather and made an improper joke?" What is happening with Management these days. Are they this unaware of ethics, morality and basic common decency. Where is the we will do everything possible to let everyone know this is not acceptable? Where is the concern? In what world is saying "Go back to where you come from, a joke?" Keystone - you need to hire some better people because this is NOT acceptable!

Horrendous money hungry company looking to take advantage of people. They have a policy that they charge you 200 dollars to move in, and 200 dollars to move out to “pad” the elevator. My friend was unaware of this policy and lived here for 3 years. After she moved out, they are now demanding the 400 dollars from her despite no service being provided, and no damage to the elevator. They want to retroactively charge her for moving in THREE YEARS AGO.

To make this even more insane, a group of board seniors entered her apartment WITHOUT permission and without notifying her and physically blockade her from accessing her own belongings in attempt to intimidate and bully her into paying them 400 dollars.

Also, I periodically visited her apartment over her 3 years of living there and parked in visitor parking. I got aggressively worded threatening letters that I was parking in the visitor parking too much. Keep in mind I would only visit my friend once every 2-3 weeks. Where else is a visitor suppose to park other than visitor parking?

Not to mention the lobby often smells like decaying rodent. Old people are often in the lobby questioning you on various things that are none of their business.

If you don’t mind old people being in your business, hovering over you, and trying to extort money from you then maybe this is the place for you.

Today, I visited Keystone Grey with two crucial and time sensitive issues. We were at risk of not being able to move into our newly-purchased condo, among other issues. Loveline solved all of our issues and made me feel that I was the most important person to have walked through their doors. Efficient, knowledgeable and ever so engaging, Loveline solved our deepest concerns. I left the office knowing that I was in good hands. All of the other staff were very helpful and welcoming. Moving to a condo after 50 years as a homeowner is a big step. After my visit to Keystone Grey, I feel that we have made the right decision. We are in good hands.

A terrible property management company! I suddenly received a notice of arrears and fines, only to discover that it was clearly a mistake made by the management company themselves (in the evidence they provided, which was supposedly the "previous notice," they had written my email address incorrectly). Such a blatant error in black and white, yet over the past few days, I've exchanged countless emails with them, even sending them screenshots, but they continue to deny it, refusing to admit their mistake, and insisting I pay the fine. It's completely unreasonable. I strongly suspect they intentionally made a mistake to delay things and maliciously charge fines. It reminds me of a very simple apartment repair a few years ago, where in the end, every household was forced to pay outrageous repair fees, which was truly shocking. An absolutely unscrupulous company!

Extremely unprofessional and disappointed with my experience. Their responsiveness has been appalling as emails and voicemails go unanswered. Any response received has been extremely vague and unhelpful.

On August 01, I sent an email out in regards to wasps/bees nesting near our front door/stairs. It started with only a few, but there are lots now making it so we are unable to use our front door. My wife and I have reached out by sending emails and leaving voicemails every few days for an update with no response.

I've explained in the emails that we have an infant and we need to be able to use our front door. My wife and child have been staying with her parents in Calgary because the issue has gotten so bad.

I've reached out to our property manager who repeatedly tells us to just contact the helpdesk. When we have gotten in touch with the helpdesk, they tell us they'll call us back by the end of the day with an update. No one ever calls back.

I'm in the process now of just hiring pest control and dealing with the issue myself. The lack of transparency has made it very difficult to trust their management.
