KG group has made out transition in our first place together, as smooth and enjoyable as one can imagine and ask for. Staff is the friendly, professional and always there for you when needed. Living at the KG group is very comforting and enjoyable experience. Their amenities are state of the art and building itself is well organized and the suits are new and build to suit the needs of their tenants. I highly recommend the KG group as a place to live.

The folks from KG Office are excellent professionals. Always caring, respectful and helpful. I can say that Francine and Chloe specially, are super attentive and kind with us.
The building is always clean and organized, the cleaning staff is thoughtful.

I am living in this building since day one . My 14 years of experience living in this buildibg is unparallel.

Top on the list is the Owners of the KG GROUP who are so humble, friendly and courteous. I’d like to name Marvin, Sam, Diana, Jeff and Rosylyn who my late wife and myself met when we came to see the apartment and ever since we had a very cordial relationship with all of them.

I have seen lot of staff members come and go but one person I know and his name is Johnny who is the backbone of KG group when it comes to any repai as he the supervisor of maintenance team.

The building is so very well maintained and the staff like Patricio who is here with the group for part 13 years keeps the building and the surrounding area so neat and clean.

So many of the security staff at the concierge came and left, but , all of them have been very courteous to the residents.

I would like to thank the owners of KG Group for keeping the building in prestine condition.

I have been living here since May but so far it is an amazing experience!
The best location you can image, everything is at hand.
This is a brand new building that has a lot of activities : gym, yoga room, pool with steam room, lounge, terrace, etc. My favourite is Zumba class every Saturday, a loot of fun.
Neighborhood is friendly, great and professional staff.
I can’t say anything but all positive experiences so far.
Totally recommend!

Last 2 years living here at 18 Erskine have been wonderful ! My experience has been great from day 1and the team here are exceptional. I want to especially thank Krystle and Sheikh for making my initial transition here so seamless and a extra Thanks to Caitriona she has been very helpful and she always has a great positive attitude!
The amenities here at 18 Erskine are amazing everything you can need. I love quiet work office , the state of the art Gym. and the Bistro and Dining lounges. I have hosted my family a few times and it was fantastic. 18 Erskine a great place to live and call home. ❤️

I lived in 18 Erskine for almost 2 years now and I would consider KG Group and its staff members to be exemplary - very prompt, professional, friendly and courteous. I often submit general inquiries to Caitriona who works at the concierge and she has been excellent to work with - she is friendly and will make sure your requests have been accommodated. The rental building is very well operated and managed even with abundant amenities being offered. Fortunately, I was able to pick a corner unit on one of the higher floors with an amazing unobstructed view.
