Killam Priorities est une des meilleures compagnie de location immobilière pour moi. Nous avons eu une superbe expérience avec eux au 141 Cameroun st. Le service, les managers d'immeubles, les employés... tout le monde était à la hauteur et jamais eu de problèmes avec eux pendant 2 ans.
Je vous les recommande fortement si vous cherchez du confort et sécurité.

They had the pest control to go and put some poison in the unit and it was still an issue…. So disgusting we had to leave. Apparently we were not the only one that had this issue.. made us pay a fee to leave…
was not happy about the issue.

Wish there was 0 stars. Awful. Hateful landlord that is uncomfortable to talk to and very one sided. Office staff is a JOKE. They charged my DEAD grandmother rent money after having all my payment info and being told to change it multiple times. Landlord won’t answer your emails and only calls when it benefits him. Second time living in their apartments and both bad experiences. Never again.

Was a Beautiful Apartment, a little pricey and everything was great until they changed landlords. Landlord would come into the apartment without warning and called my roommate names she did not appreciate, we contacted the office to let them know we were leaving and they said it was fine as long as we give a months notice...we gave them notice and stayed the month and then they kept our damage deposit because they said we fled, horrible staff giving us the runaround...will never rent from them again.

If you stay here be prepared to say goodbye to your security deposit! They will dig up the smallest of things and overcharge you (as evident from other reviews too), if they cannot overcharge you on wear and tear they will replace ENTIRE stove to make sure you don't receive a dollar back from your deposit. Very slimy when it comes to deposits.

There was a complete change in tone from when I was a tenant and when I left and enquired about my deposit. They conveniently charged me my entire deposit $1200 ($800 for the stove). Ridiculous!

The move out inspection was like a silent movie. there was absolutely no discussion regarding potential damages and what damages might be charged. Very questionable company policy/morals!

Their security deposit policy is a complete joke. For basic wear and tear, they claimed my entire security deposit to replace equipment in the house that was completely functional. My hard earned money was not a gift to Killam to upgrade their equipment!!

If you stay here, be prepared to pay rent for a month extra in the form of your security!

They do an awesome job of keeping all their properties Very clean, safe and quiet. Their staff are professional and helpful. My experience with Angie is quite memorable
