The process started through the sale of my home. Kim quickly setup an in-home consultation, providing a documented package of the process. She effectively communicated how things would take place and was happy to answer any questions and offer advice, while being open to tailoring her approach for my needs.

Fortunately, the selling process went very quickly and Kim's corporate partners were professional, respectful and responsive when coming to the house for assessments, staging, etc. Everything was communicated efficiently between Kim, myself and the partners to coordinate dates and times.

Following the sale of the house, we then switched over to the buying process. Here, we spoke with Kim about our home preferences and she was able to recommend neighbourhoods, typical price ranges for the different areas and setup an online search. When coordinating viewings, Kim was highly accommodating to our schedules and quick to get us in, either same day or the next depending on showing availability. When negotiating, Kim was great in communicating with the other realtor and getting our questions about the house answered, while offering us advice and up-to-date comparables in the area.

After having sold and bought, Kim organized the next steps of the process outlining the required paperwork, lawyer and mortgage processes, and ensured that we had utilities and everything else lined up for move-out or move-in.

Through the entire process, Kim was extremely professional, patient, accommodating and was easy to get in touch with, responding within minutes to our many requests and questions. She offered great advice based on her experience and gave high quality references for contractors.
