If there was one word that described Kim, it would be AMAZING. We first started looking to move back too Campbell River in 2018ish and we were paired up with Kim accidently. [Best accident ever] As soon as I met Kim I knew she was a right fit for me. I instantly knew I could trust her to be honest, had my interest at the top and her knowledgeable about the whole buying process is exceptional. It wasn't just about a 'sale' to her, i felt she encompassed you in a virtual hug.
This year I decided it was time to move back, I contacted Kim she was immediately involved and very supportive of my many questions and second guesses.

I live in Manitoba and needed a realtor to sell my property in Campbell River. Kim came highly recommended and I gave her a call. Our property was listed on a Wednesday and on Saturday had 6 offers. Sold! We had to work around existing tenants. Kim had to meet with them and show the unit as is. She spoke respectfully of the tenants and kept good communication with them. We have another property which we are selling in the future and will definitely use Kim again.
