2 months been calling, never answer the phone , in the answering machine recording they give a number that doesn’t even work. Anyone live there able to go tell them to clear the voicemail and start answering phones , not sure how this person still works for towerview by not answering calls or doing anything at all, time for new management people , they use to be a such great place to live.

Even the LL number is not assigned. Anyone know what’s going on with these people?.

Ever since Jim left, the new property manager sucks. She can’t even spell right on her memo’s. In the Winter, the parking lot is horrible. The main doors are always cracked and instead of replacing the glass, there’s tape over the cracks. Not to mention, there ain’t proper reference checks done. She accepts any tenant just to fill the apartments. You can’t get ahold of her most times and she don’t do her job in following through with complaints. People in here smoke cigarettes and weed right in their apartment. Not good for families with young children. The apartments in general are nice and the rent is affordable compared to other places in Sydney but the buildings are run too poorly. I actually can’t wait to be outta here.

I'm not appreciating the building smelling like weed. There's so many kids in here. My biggest concern is a creepy person hanging out in the stairwell all the time! He brings a pillow and lays there on his lap top playing games.. feeding off someone's wifi and he smells very bad. I or my kids should not have to walk by that every day! This building is going down in this aspect. Im not enjoying the fact that this is becoming a hang out in stairwells and outside. This should not be going on. People don't enjoy this. They did not sign up for this.. it's hard enough that it smells like pot and i have kids who have to walk through that.

Used to be Good - Not any more. A year ago, they changed the manager and things start deteriorating. Less vacuum cleaning (hardly once a month - earlier twice in a week) and many other things.

I have gone to towerview several times to visit my friend and there was always a small crowd standing out by the door smoking and carrying on. An when i got there the place (hallway and elevator) was dirty and there was an awful smell through the building

Terrible place, prop manager is hateful pls, do not allow the price fool u, it's cheap 4 many reasons! Bad ones. I lasted 6 months!

I lived there and I really enjoyed it but this new landlord is ridiculous we couldn't even have the radio on and she would knock at door saying she got a complaint smoking if ppl are going to complain about that look for non smoking places I think if I'm paying rent I should be able to do what I want behind closed doors that is for smoking 😎
