Update: It's been two weeks since Kingsley provided a kind response to my review. That being said, I have yet to get in contact with anyone from management despite actively trying since the beginning of August.

Less than ideal management company. Impossible for tenants to get a hold of if they have concerns and will allow ongoing issues to remain unresolved. They do not take pride in care for their buildings (i.e., visible patchwork on walls, will not fix exterior doors that don't close, dryers that won't dry clothes, etc). The super is nice and very responsive, but is limited by management in what he is able to do.

I live in a Mobile Home Village, managed and owned by Kingsley. Their Staff is inept and Rude. They don't care about the Residents only the Money they can get from them. Any upgrade done to the Park, they Charge the Residents
But the things they do are unecessary . They don't listen to us and fix things that need to be fixed. Street lights, roads, flooding , and so many others
Instead they Paint the Mailboxes

I contacted Kingsley Management Corp inquiring about directional painting at the exit of one of their commercial properties. I do not rent, lease or have any interest in the company just found the exit a newly safety/clarity issue. Within two weeks of contacting them they have gone forth and done so. Thank you to a corporation who listens to the public!

We have lived in our unit for 12 years, never really any issues. Always clean building, much better landscaping in the last month or so.

Worst experience of my life. Building was always dirty, elevators were usually broken. Pray you dont have any maintenance issues. If youre lucky they just ignore you. Building gets no cell reception. Given how much they ignore the tenants, I belive this is probably intentional. Also, no parking. Apparently, still no parking for anyone in the old building. Been years now, seems like a renoviction scheme at this point.
