The construction site is literally just 10 meters from my home, and the work continues even at 10 PM. Seriously? Is this normal? At this time, people are trying to rest, not listen to loud machinery and hammering. It feels like you don’t care about the residents around you.

Horrible location next to a power line and how tiny are these units going to be have you seen the sq footage?!!! Rather rent/own a condo at 25-35 Viking Lane or the other two condos going up on the corner of Kipling/Dundas. Instead of a condo you would have been wiser to build a restaurant here.

I dont think this is good building. The land is very small to build the condo there. The traffic will be nightmare there. This land is not suitable for condo to be honest

This condo should never been approved. What was the government thinking ? Its way too close to the high voltage lines, and traffic at that intersection going to be mess. And the building is too close to next buildings that there is no privacy - you can see neighbour’s home. I dont think Canadian government is doing its job by letting developers do whatever they want. No ones would want to buy these units in future - its not livable environment.

Owning this condo just steps from the subway feels like hitting the jackpot for a city lover like me—15 minutes by TTC, and you're in the heart of downtown. The convenience, the energy, the lifestyle—it’s everything you wanted. Funny how the loudest critics are usually the ones who never take the leap to buy. This is just a perfect 50 plus stories new built condo in Toronto. The location is awesome steps away from all transit hubs. Across a large grocery store and so much more. Very very convenient living. Just Awesome!

Terrible place, without parking, close to the high-voltage line of the apartment mini. Construction is going on even on Sunday, we hate the developer's company.
