Kirby met with me on short notice and after I made the decision to go with Kirby, gears were shifting. The following day I had a home stager call me to set up a free one hour consultation, courtesy of Kirby Cox and Associates. The report she provided was excellent.
From a sign being erected early to create excitement, to picture day to listing day, everything went very smoothly.
Pricing was aggressive but Kirby felt optimistic that it was the right price that may even produce multiple offers. How right he was. 3 offers on the first night and 14 hours later, the deal was done at 104% of list.
I had been in the home for 21 years, it was a bit of an emotional sale and Kirby was aware of that. He made my difficult decision to sell my home easier through his professionalism, attention to detail and ability to react.
I would highly recommend you speak to Kirby if you’re considering selling your home. His 35 years experience in selling homes in Edgemont is evident.
