Five stars plus! I cannot believe that any other realtor in South Surrey would be found scrubbing her clients' hot tub cover, while her (adult) children mowed the lawn and washed the windows - just to save the sellers (us) effort and time.

Kristina took us seriously from when we first reached out to her (unlike other realtors we contacted), and from the beginning her experience, expertise, and exceptional kindness showed. The effort that is put into staging is incredible, transforming the house from 'just another house' to one that was exceptional and brought nothing but admiration from all viewers.

Whenever offers came in, Kristina, as she had promised, put aside other things in her life to give us her full support. As part of ReMax, she was able to bring in trusted colleagues for the occasional last minute appointment that she could not make.

Kristina deservedly had our full trust throughout the process, and her expertise was evident during the offer and selling portions. Knowing that she was always ready on the end of the phone whenever we had a question has been incredibly helpful.
