Very poor experience in dealing with this company while trying to sell our condo in Brigus. On the morning of closure, I was informed by our lawyer that the property manager had failed to send over the estoppel documents, despite requesting them for over two weeks. To say that your diligence improved our sale is misleading. The sale was already final. Your paperwork was received on the day of closing. It made no difference at all to the attractiveness of our property.It fell to me to send out numerous emails to follow up on this and we finally closed late in the day. This caused a lot of stress for myself and the purchaser of the unit who was, for all intents and purposes, homeless at this point and wanting to move in! A few days later, I was dismayed to find out that we were charged for February’s condo fees. Again, it was left up to me to send emails to follow up and ensure a refund.

Have been a tenant in one of their rentals for more than 6 years now and I have never had a hitch. I must be honest in saying that these people have been very good to deal with and have been very prompt when issues arise thst need fixing ; ie; plumbing, etc. My problem is attended to sometimes the same day or the following day . In turn, I’ve tried to be a model tenant . It works both ways . I only hope any future experiences elsewhere equate to the same . Thanks to all of the staff at Krown 🙂

This company is amazing helped me find the perfect apartment for my needs . The whole experience was easy and hassle free! I've never been happier having a place to call home! And if any issues arose in the 2 years I've been renting from them they were so happy to help !!!never had to wait for a response they were always there to answer with friendly greeting and eager to help. I've never had a rental company be so diligent and attentive! Thanks so much to all the gals at the office for their productive work ethic and kindness

Horrible slum lord. Rents mice and mold infested apartments and raises the rent every year. Ask them to fix a clogged up sink and they say it’s the tenants responsibility

*Another lawn maintenance company came this week, & they were very respectful & more professional approach & they also did a great job. Thus my compliments there & perhaps the issue was with the maintenance or the board I'm still looking into the matter. Krown has reached out & we are communicating. Thus why communication is key, perhaps the board should be another entity for the sake of reviews as the optics of how things look can lead to serious misunderstandings.
-Our condo board chose them recently. Not aware if any other unit owners were consulted about what we value in a management company. I'm not familiar with them or at least wasn't. I'm not one to write reviews so quickly. However it seems they are quick to review me. I was disheartened to find an envelope taped to my deck containing information or accusations is how it felt, that I know was not fact-checked and felt personally offensive filled with micro aggressions. As a resident who values tranquility and dignity, I would appreciate a more respectful and factual approach to such matters. I was having a nice peaceful day, planting flowers. I like to choose when to open my mail, protect my peace, that's why we turn off our phones. To feel attacked on my own property, yet no one there. Then just days later, to have my solar lights dug up and tossed heavily on my delicate new flowers, still babies they are. I'm not sure who, or why this was done to my soul lifting mini project. I'm not accusing them, that's not who I am. The optics however have left me feeling very vulnerable. I'm not feeling harmony, I'm feeling harmed.

I rented my condo two years ago and have nothing but great service with any issues I had. Sometimes I had the same day fix or certainly one to days max.

Excellent customer service! I placed an email for 3 plumbing issues and was very impressed with the response from Krown and the crew who did the repairs. The reply was quick and the work done even quicker. The plumbers arrived completely prepared. Two workers fixed a connection in the toilet, installed a new kitchen faucet and installed a new hot water tank all within 90 minutes. Very professional, friendly, efficient service. The workers finished and left the place spotless clean after all their work. I would highly recommend Krown and their work crew to anyone who would rent with them or hire them as property managers. A special shout out to Holly H. who handled everything with a smile. The friendly service can't be beat.

This company is a joke and strives on nothing but corporate greed, they do not care about their tenants, or there well being.

Dear Krown,
I am glad you did some homework on this as I am not a tenant of yours. Unfortunately i do have some loved ones who are under your roof. As you are aware of the circumstances of a snow storm, there are seniors and elderly which resides at one of your property's. according to social media krown did lot's of praising for all your wonderful snow clearing efforts after the storm, you neglected the people who needed your attention the most. These seniors were trapped in their homes for over 12 hours without any light of being able to get outside. Your snow clearing contractor neglected to arrive until 24h later. Do you know what kind of stress and anxiety with would mean for someone with a health issues literally trapped inside. My better half and my 9
year old son spent close to 3 hours shoving just enough for a pathway (pictures to prove). If that is not disheartening then you are down right cruel. I reached out to Known to request a letter to be sent to these tenants to ease their mind of uncertainty to ensure their health and safety was your number one priority but you failed to so, which then i made a google review, without any detail but clearly, this makes you a better person to make a reply on google reviews. You should focus on your own reviews instead of looking at others to compare patterns then maybe you might get a better rating than 3.8 which is a bare standard. Fact Check: paying for a service and not receiving is corporate greed amongst other things. Benefits of a tight-knit community is that news spreads fast. How about enjoy your long Easter weekend for some positivity vibes! 🙂
