Напишу по делу но все равно получится много 😅🫣 Собрались мы из Вьетнама улетать в Галифакс ! купили билеты впереди целый месяц а значит можно не спешно искать квартиру на долгосрочную аренду подумал я под бутылочку Сайгон лежа в гамаке 😂 Много где был , много что видел , думаю ну как всегда предложений море все хотят сдать только приезжай 😅 Начал писать всем понравившемся квартирам и домам и в фейсбуке и в киджиджи и вообще на всех платформах включая букинг , по итогу прошло бельме недели и либо нет ответов либо после того как люди узнавали что мы не в стране и не имеем кредитной истории и отзыва прошлого владельца просто переставали отвечать 😅🫣 А время идет - паника нарастает 😅 С одной стороны обращаться в компанию жаба душит 🫣 , а с другой стороны сел посчитать что выйдет по поиску по месту при учете того что осмотр квартиры назначаешь не ты а хозяин !!! И того вышло неделю искать квартиру вдвоем это 700$ самый дешевый хостел и 490$ самая дешевая машина в аренду не считая бензина , нервов , нервных сигарет ( между прочим 25$ пачка ) и это еще при учете полностью свободной недели ! Отзыв я пишу через неделю тк всю неделю мы мотаемся по документам и карточкам и всяким поискам матраса и табуретки и всякого такого 🫣😅 И в ужасе думаем что все это время мы бы еще пытались ездить что то где то смотреть 🤔 Хорошо что вспомнил что смотрел умные видео и какраз из Галифакса и сразу написал и получил ответ и ссылку на созвон . Теперь что касается сервиса 🤗 Созвонились из Вьетнама , получили полную консультацию что / где / по чем , поняли что потеряли много времени и его не осталось почти (вылет уже был через 2 недели ) , превозмогли перевести небольшой депозит ( карты рф не где не работают попросили друзей ) , и через неделю нам нашли хороший вариант который был согласен все сделать удаленно ! Закинули депозит за квартиру , потом нам удаленно помогли подключить свет и отдельное спасибо за то что договорились чтоб нас пустили не с первого числа а с 26 когда мы прилетели ( чтоб опять же не платить 100$ за хостел с двоих ) ! В итоге все прошло отлично , быстро , четко и по ходу дела с полными разъяснениями что куда и как - что важно 👌👍 Надеюсь кому то помог или хотя бы прояснил 😃 Сам вот думаю сделать серию роликов про цены в магазинах , обзор на квартиру и что нибудь еще чтоб людям понятнее стало что тут вообще и как 😃

We entrusted the purchase of our first home to Katherine and this was the best decision we could've made! We got our dream home in a short time, even taking into account the very bad market at that time.
