This is the second time I chose to work with Jeremy Kyle Real Estate. This time, selling my mother’s condo was an emotional experience and I am so happy that I worked with Jeremy and Adrienne Kyle. Jeremy did his research extremely well on comps in the neighbourhood and was honest and direct with both the pros AND the cons that we faced in selling the unit. He also advised what we could do to stage it properly. I thought I had done a good job and out came Adrienne (all the way to Chilliwack!) with her vehicle loaded down with bedding, lamps, artwork and other accessories, and she took the condo up about ten notches in its presentation.

They took professional photos of the well-staged condo, and I don’t even know how they did it, but they came up with a completely accurate floor plan! Great photos and a floor plan are the first things a prospective buyer sees, and I believe this helped us in selling the condo quickly. I was leaving on an extended vacation, and he was instrumental in helping me get work with my notary on signing all the documents as early as legally possible so that I did not have to deal with it while I was away.

Jeremy is very quick to respond to questions, and gives clear, concise information on the market in general, as well as specifics pertaining to my specific property. He is kind and truly cares and will ALWAYS go above and beyond what most real estate agents will do. I have high regard for both Jeremy and Adrienne and recommend them wholeheartedly to sell or purchase your next home. They will not let you down.

Jeremy is an awesome agent. He's not just there to sell you whatever comes your way, he's there, having your back, helping you see the whole package and warning you about what things on each property he knows (from extensive experience) will be a pain for you down the line, or even immediately. He was great at negotiating and is very smart with each interaction between buyer and seller.
We really put Jeremy through the ringer trying to find our perfect house! We had crazy property parameters, which would frustrate most realtors, but not Jeremy. Because of these parameters, we looked at a ton of properties, which was a ton of scheduling and driving for him, but he never once made us feel like we were wasting his time. He really helped us see both the good and bad in each property. He's so knowledgeable and he really works hard for his clients.
He is truly an honorable realtor with integrity. We really appreciated his work, and we had fun with him too!

I am glad I met the Kyle team about a year ago, I found both Jeremy and Adrienne very warm and friendly. When it came to selling my condo, I called Jeremy, showed him what he had to sell. He suggested the sale price higher than I had expected. Then he politely made it clear how my apartment should look when buyers come to see it. The whole process was fast, he put the place on the market within a week, we had an offer in two more weeks. Jeremy is very gentle and efficient. When he had concerns about a condo, he told me! Jeremy didn't rush me into buying; he honestly wanted me to find the perfect home for myself!
