This place is fantastic, Ive been here for only just a few months and so far its been such a great experience. The people are great and respectful, I forced myself to write this review because I had a package ordered to my apartment, when it arrived I was at work, the package was left by my apartment door all day and I was definitely paranoid the whole day due to me have bad experiences from other apartments where tenants would steal stuff that was lying around. Anyways I came home and it was there, probably all day. I respect this place and the people in it, I hope it stays this way, John and Ronda are fantastic Landlords, they do a great job keeping things up to date, if you're fresh out of college looking for a place to live where the rent isn't too steep, look no further.

Hi , I live in 754 , been few years and loving it . Mandy and Steve are really pleasant and Polite People ! They take care of everything it's Awesome!! Making it feel like home to me .
They sure do deserve a 5 start ⭐️ from me because they work hard to have everything Done and looking really nice here !! 😊

Definitely not for everyone. Especially anyone who has to use a wheelchair or can't climb stairs. Horrible RMs who don't seem to like to work or get in trouble for not working. Couldn't give it anything lower for a rating.
