Best time at a lake we ever had. The owner and the girls that work their were all so sweet and helpful. The owner even jumped in the water and swam down 12ft of water and found my keys I dropped in there. We will definitely be back again and again!!

Great cabin on the lake experience! It was quiet and not overcrowded. Water was beautiful. Had a private dock and could walk to the swimming area and the shop/main dock. Owners were awesome.

We just spent two days and an overnight in the A frame house #4 as a family of 4 and had more than enough room! We fished from our private dock, the private beach and public beach which are all within walking distance of the house even with toddlers in tow. The owners run the bait shop which is also in walking distance and it has about everything you could need for fishing, staying overnight or swimming and playing in the lake. The are was very secluded and the owners were very friendly in all our interactions! We had a wonderful time and are already talking about going back! Thank you!!!

We stayed in cabin #3 and had issues from day one. The cabin was updated, but whoever did the tile did not know what they were doing. The whole downstairs tiles are loose, and the grout is already cracked. The bathroom shower is all cracked and missing grout in spots that will allow mold to grow in the future. The internet did not work the entire trip(so the advertised smart tv did not work for the kids). Occasionally, when you're upstairs, it would briefly connect to a repeater from another cabin. Halfway through our trip, we got some rain, and the parking area became a muddy mess. We woke up one morning and had no running water. Overall, we will not be renting from here on our next trip to Cisco.

My boyfriend surprised me with a visit out here in one of the cabins, it was such a cute little experience even though it rained. The staff were so friendly and explained things very well, they were very kind to us and our dogs. They even told us about the abandoned zoo down the road 10/10 would recommend

Beautiful lake with endless spots to fish and enjoy the day. Rentals available at reasonable prices. Their bait and tackle shop, has almost anything that you might need, and is run by some wonderful people. (Say hi to Josey).

Definitely 1 star. We booked a two night stay (Dec 28 & 29th) and ended up leaving the second night. The heater wasn't working until the next day. It was freezing. So cold that night it dropped to freezing w frost the next morning. Everything was ice. The shower was ice cold. The lady came to fix it. But didn't. She turned off the cold water completely. The hot water never got warm at all. Even after she tried to fix it. We were told about a space heater when she came to fix it. We left because our daughter needed to bathe and couldn't. Plus we didnt want her freezing the 2nd night in a row. We asked for a refund for the 2nd night and were told the owner doesn't do refunds. No one had called us. Or even checked on the situation. We paid for 2 nights thinking we were getting hot water & a warm place to stay and we didn't. This isn't okay!!!!! Very disappointed because we would've loved to have come back

Update-Jason- Con-artist? Really? I think not sir. If anything sir, you are. Charging us $130 for damage fee on the INSIDE (storage) of a ottoman is absolutely ridiculous. We took out blankets because your heater was not working. But yet you want to say we tore the felt of the inside of the ottoman. You are a crook. This will be handled with higher up. Look how you respond on all your negative reviews. Tacky. Coming from a business owner my self & my husband two businesses thriving in Dallas. You do not handle situations professionally at all. Your rude & attacking. We asked if yall did a one night stay because we weren't sure about the cabin to begin with. Because it didn't look up to par. We have two properties within 20mins of yours. We wanted to fish with our daughter before we hunted all weekend. We had no extra guests. Paid pet fee. No problem. Nothing new to us because we stay in cabins all the time. And spent alot of money in your store to support your business. The heater was NOT WORKING. AND THERE WAS NO HOT WATER AT ALL. Instead of attacking good people, maybe you should spend your time fixing the ACTUAL PROBLEMS in your cabin. That sir is a FACT. Your employee came in and completely turned off the cold water and ran the shower for awhile. No hot water. But yet she left and had no intention on actually fixing it. It was TOO BAD on our part. Jason, this isn't okay. Your employee should've called you & told you that she couldn't fix it. But no, we were left with "I tried" and here's a space heater (in a storage space) I forgot to tell you about. And as of bullying you are soo wrong!!!! When she came in the cabin I was soo nice to her. It wasnt her fault these things werent working. Things break. It happens. I was so kind to her. Like I am to everyone. These two issues are big ones. If we complained about small things and just nit picked your cabin apart then you could attack back. But we didnt. Not once did we complain about the hair in the shower (absolutely gross), the cabin next to ours completely trashed that yall havent cleaned after your tenants left, the broke in half plug on the wall, the 1980s plates, the decaf coffee only, the worn down old pillowcases & blankets, the safety issues with your railings walking up the the cabin, front door not sealed properly, no extra lock on door to secure for security issues, the futon is broken the mattress falls off when upright position and closes like a taco when laid out in bed form, dirty shower mat (which I picked up immediately and put in washing machine to clean). That sir IS FACTS. The fact you think you can charge us a extra $130 torn inside the storage space is definitely reach to make extra money because we were your only people that were renting on a popular weekend. You're mad that we left a true review so you try to get us back by charging damage fees. Absolutely immature. Jason would love for you to take a shower in that cabin with no hot water or heat and its 29° outside.
