Moved into 365 Lake in September 2015 and have had nothing but a positive experience so far. Management is very professional, spent the time to go over the lease with me and make sure everything was clear. I am assuming Skyline Living recently acquired these properties as the old company sign was out front, but soon after moving in everything started being renovated, roof, halls, Windows, lights, you name it. Any issues which have arisen thus far have been dealt with quick and painlessly with a quick email or call to the resident managers. Unit was fully renovated with new appliances (fridge, stove, etc). The only internet provider I could find with service in the building was Shaw, but they turned out to have the best offer for a student either way. Nothing but positives so far.
