Ashley from Lakestone Insurance was very quick, professional and friendly to deal with. Having less than 2 weeks before our renewal date she was able to source out less expensive premiums with the better coverage, thank you again Ashley for the amazing customer service. I've had excellent care with my Lakestone Rep Kaitlyn. After having a terrible experience with my previous broker and them being unsure if my new car was even insured. I moved everything to Lakestone. Crystal was great and explained everything got all the paperwork to me quickly and had everything signed and sealed within a couple of days. Highly recommended! Truly wonderful staff and more specifically I appreciate their excellent communication style! Its a busy world but over the years I can count on an email a couple months in advance followed by a phone call to discuss my specific renewal options. During the renewal discuss we talk about different options, real life examples, and the pro's and con's of everything. I really feel my best interest is at heart with the Lakestone team!
