I had such a positive experience at Lam Dermatology – from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt genuinely cared for. The entire staff was incredibly kind, and I was seen promptly with minimal wait time. I had my appointment with PA Ivy, who was absolutely wonderful. She was not only kind and professional but also highly knowledgeable. What truly impressed me was how attentively she listened to my concerns, taking the time to address each one thoughtfully. Ivy even went out of her way to check in with me afterward to ensure the medication she prescribed was working effectively and to see how I was feeling with it. It’s rare to find a provider who genuinely goes above and beyond like she does. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for outstanding dermatological care.

I had a little trouble finding it on Google Maps the first time, but my experience was great. Dr. Paul was very knowledgeable and diligent in finding me answers. The staff members are so nice. Marie was patient with me as I recited a laundry list of issues I have, and together, they created a treatment plan. The office is beautiful and inviting, and they are eager to answer any questions you may have.

It was my first time going to see a dermatologist. I’m 72 years old. I don’t feel like everything was explained to me as it should have been. I didn’t receive any paperwork when I checked out either. I had a procedure done but really didn’t understand what it was for And no follow up appointment was offered to me. Please take more time with first time patients. I called back a day later and spoke to the office manager and she was very understanding and helpful.

Dr. Atakpo is wonderful and pragmatic! He’s clear in his recommendations, he practices precaution with both products and procedures and he has a lovely bed side manner. Really great clini!

This office is wonderful. I take my whole family here, and we see Ivy. They are a fairly new branch(Edmond office) so they always get us in really fast, sometimes the same day. My other derm often took months. Highly recommended.

Thank you Dr a t a k p o I can't pronounce your name I thank you so much today was the first day I got my treatment I had to have 30 shots in my scalp the doctor was very gentle polite and his assistant was awesome also I thank you for your care I thank you for the general treatment and being real detail on what's going to happen and what's going on with my scalp you have got a great team and I thank you all for the great great service looking forward to coming back I rate you guys 100%, thank you so much a lot of times doctors office don't take up the time with you but each time I visit with you all you've taken up plenty of time and took the extra time to answer all my questions I have a lot of confidence in your office thank you for the great service
