Awful landlords, unable to contact them 99% of the time, threaten to kick out tenants for failure to pay rent when it's their own accounting department failure to relay proper information. Make sure you keep all your records. They also to try enter your apartment without proper 24 hour notice, so make sure you get a camera too

Slumlord does not pay outstanding bills or reply to matters that need to be tended to. Nowhere to be found. He does not do his job just pushes it on to others and then they also do not do their jobs. Does not provide proper landlord care. He should not be able to own/rent houses when he can’t pay the bills or do the job properly. He changes his business name often as well which makes you wonder why he keeps changing them. Hmmm

I have friends who have live in their Palmerston location and this company is a joke. Landlord won't return any phone calls or fix nothing. Couldn't get internet, wouldn't get mail key and now with people still living in the apartment building the power was cut off. Hydro is supposed to be included in the rent! Do not recommend this company to anyone or the owner Gurmit
