Don't buy homes from landmark homes they say they build quality homes and rip your pockets. I say they sell trash homes and rips your pocket. Don't trust this builder at all.
So I got brand new home possession 6 months ago and they did major mistake of not adding insulation at all in attic space and gave house possessions without inspection. They also dont know about this mistake, it me who opened the attic to see why its cold and figure out no insulation. If they can neglect this major mistake which is visible to costumer, then imagine the quality of work behind wall which is not visible. Right now my house temperature is 17 degree and running separate space heaters in house to keep it warm. Because of continuous heat loss my utility bills are high and when I explain them about utility bill they are like ohh its winter and now rates are high thats why you get higher bill. I am like my house is losing heat continuously and furnance is running 24/7 nonstop not even reaching set temperature of 20 degree. So I would recommend you guys hire home inspector independently for your safety. Because builder inspector don't know inspection and they will not inspect properly for cost cutting.
I had lots of trust when I bought homes from landmark, but now I dont trust landmark homes at all and will not buy homes with landmark in future. I would recommend new guys to not buy homes from landmark. There are many other builder better and cheaper then landmark homes and their is minimum quality. So prefer other builder first then landmark homes.

We bought our house from Landmark Homes a year ago and regret the decision. The kitchen flooring was not installed properly and had to be fixed when we raised a complaint about the floor popping out awkwardly. Next, The laundry room turned ice cold and the water line to the laundromat froze. We had to go without washing clothes for a month. Today the trim broke into two and is hitting on the glass windows with full force. The impact is deafening , No emergency help has been provided as usual. All this in just 1 year . And their attitude is just like their build quality. In short, pathetic !!

I am just way beyond satisfied with Landmark Homes Edmonton.
If you have seen the video (on the website), you'll know that the Landmark houses' structures are built in the factory. The house is really well built, I cannot be happier living in one of Landmark's home. It's been a year already but the house still looks new. Love the Navien too. This will be my forever house, but if I were to buy another house, I am choosing Landmark without any hesitation.

We recently purchased our home from Landmark Homes, took possession 2 weeks ago; and we're very pleased with our home.

Jeanette the Sales Manager was amazing, walked us through every step, and ensured every detail was as it should be.

Masooma with the ingeva design team was exceptional! She helped design our beautiful home; the interior turned out to be exactly how we imagined it, and we couldn't be happier!

Landmark homes are the best with good service and buyer friendly approach. I would definitely say that Suzie Kropp, the area sales representative, was super helpful, a good listener and a standby help through the entire process.

Glad to be a landmark home owner.

I have lived in my house for 4 years, I will definitely give NEGATIVE stars if I can for Landmark as a so-called “master builder”. Have you ever experienced a service panel where is full of water? Do you want a mold issue to be identified in your newly built house? Would you like to undergo all the hassles of removing mold? Landmark would provide you ALL of those surprises! Let the videos and photos tell you my story with Landmark. Would definitely NOT recommend Landmark to my friends, relatives and any one I know! Good luck if you bought a house from Landmark, stay away from them if you don’t.

We booked our home with Landmark homes at Laurel crossing in January 2021 and got possession in September 2021. Here is our story to help others. Our overall experience with Landmark homes was good.

We visited most of the show homes in the area's by other builders. All the show homes were well design and were very attractive. We also visited most of other builders under construction homes. I work as quality control inspector in construction and saw lack of quality, house keeping and workmanship issues which can lead to bigger problem in future.

When we visited the Landmark Melbourne show home, Mr. Ankur Madaan and Harpreet Saggu gave us a warm welcome and explained us how Landmark use modular system to build homes. We like the idea as you will get better quality when most of the construction done in shop. We also visited 3 of Landmark's under construction homes which were at various stages. All 3 homes were showing good quality, spotless housekeeping and good workmanship. Their price was slight high what other were offering for the standard model for the same square foot home but we went with it as we saw the difference in quality. During the construction phase when lumber prices went high and we saw other builders stop using plywood for exterior and used fiberboards (Drywall like stuff) but Landmark still used plywood for sheathing. We were so happy that we decided to go with Landmark.

Our experience at design centre was great as Masooma helped us choose the right combination of colors for interior and she was very accommodating with changes we requested after the initial consultation.

Construction went good without any issues. We visited the homes many times during construction and housekeeping was always top notch. At the possession there were some of the items were not installed due to the COVID supply issues which was understandable. Most of the missing items were installed within a week except fireplaces as the model we choose was not available in Canada.

I am giving Landmark 5 star as I seen worse what other builders do in the neighbourhood.

*Watch under construction homes before you buy. Show homes don't tell you what used inside.*

I possesed my home in March 2023. I would never purchase Landmark homes again. I am not agressive person but I have to deal with the most difficult persons especially from waranty department.
1. The trims on the house fell off. The trim in the left picture fell off in july 2023. I contacted the waranty department. The lady simply replied: sorry, it is warratable. That is the most often word I always heard from her. No explaination, no exrltra word. My realtor was ccd in the email and he said it might took a quite a while to let Landmark fix it or they might not fix it at all eventually. To keep give myself a piece of mind, I spent a few hundreds of dollars to have it fixed eventually. Last week, i found the trim on the other side fell off again without a reason. Please see the second picture. I started to worry about the safey issue these trim might bring. What about the trim keep falling and hit any person who walk by? What should I do now? It pass one year waranty and i have to have the trim fixed again and again every year a few hundred bucks?
2 The frameless shower. The seam between the show panel is too wide and there is a water leak. The contractor was there and the landmark person was also there for year end inspection. The contractor just simply move the panel away from rhe wall. Yes, the seam between two panels is getting smaller, but the space between the wall and the panrl is getting bigger. They do not try to fix the problem at all. The landmark person said the wall tile has waves on it and it is not flat, so the bigger space between the walk tile and the panel is not because the contractor moved the panel away from the wall.
I will continue with my reveiw when i have more time.
