We are a 1st time home buyer and finance has a small space but ate Mhel and Kuya Orly is able to help us to get a house and our expectation even exceeded. To be honest the house that she pick for us in terms of our needs and request from us like (should be near in my kids school, safety in terms of neighbor etc) are all meet and even more than satisfied. We got it at a good price, lower than asking. At the same time, we are aware that the value of the neighbouring properties are way more. Ate Mhel is a very accomodating realtor! She is very knowledgeable in real estate. She is open to inquiries and suggestions She will educate you as a buyer and as a seller. She will not judge you of what you do not know. Her strategy works for me. She was able to sell my house in 5 days and confirmed sold in 10 days. We were able to find a new home 5 days after.
