Sold Property with Sam Hodson, They advertised well. I had the worst experience I could Imagine with communication. He wouldn't answer his phone and only gave vague texts. Sam wouldn't directly answer my questions. I gave him an opportunity to address my concerns only to be told by him how great he is. Only reason for not giving 1 star is the quality of advertising. Could use training in customer service

KURT NEILSON:
a superb realtor
Landquest will steer you in the right direction.
I can think of realtors I've delt with in the past ....
stories that would curl your toes. I wish I knew Kurt Neilson back then. A good sample of what Kurt is not : I had purchased a beachfront place in Tsawwsssen & THAT realtor tried to make a sale knowing full well the neighbour's house encroached into my yard ....
How did I find out ?
SHE used to own the place I was buying.
Good news is that things like this will never happen with Kurt Neilson and Landquest Realty.
