This company is redeveloping a property down the street from us. I called them twice to come clear the sidewalks because I cannot push my son's wheelchair through the packed snow. They told me they were busy and were not sure when they would get to it. I then called bylaw and they received a warning and all they did was put down very little ice melt but did not clear the sidewalks. They now hang up on me when I try to contact them. All parts of service are important, especially ensuring disabled people are able to use the sidewalk in front of one of their properties.

This company has been doing a redevelopment in the property next door to us.
During demolition they had broken glass in our yard.
Their spoil pile is larger than our house and leaning unsecured on our fence. This could cave in and kill our pets and kids.
The fencing around the property has not been secured, again, a child leans on it and they are falling into a 9 foot hole.
The sides haven’t been shored meaning if the sides give out our fence is going with it including our deck.
Developers will not respond to our calls or emails.
Very unprofessional. Reckless. Cheap.
