The custodial teams, Michael and Stacey (East bldg), and Igor and Tina (West bldg), work very hard at keeping the condo property a safe, clean and enjoyable place to live. In the office, Darlene handles daily concerns and questions compassionately and professionally. Frank is busy keeping the owners well-informed with pertinent condo information through weekly e-mails, memos and daily conversations. Our Board is very concerned with listening to/ addressing/solving our building/owners' concerns effectively and efficiently. Such a group of dedicated individuals, working together on a daily basis, is what makes Westchester at the Lake a great place to call home.?

As a a member of a newly elected board of a new build condo, one of our first tasks was to hire a property manager. We were aware that our building was going to face many challenges. We were so fortunate to have selected Larlyn property
Management with Neil as the lead.
Since taking over management, Neil with the support of Darlene have done an amazing job. They have been more that up to the task. They have skillfully lead us through a transition that required many tasks to be completed which were to be completed by the contractor.
They have stood up to a contractor that is less then cooperative.
If they can handle our issues, there are no undertakings they can't handle.
