I lived in this building from 2020 for 3 months only. The place was infested with mice. The building is nice from the outside, but apartments are old and infested. Because of this I left the place

I have lived in this building for nearly 4.5 years and will be moving this weekend, (downsizing, affordability, and work commute reasons) but I will miss it dearly! My experience here relative to my UBC on campus living experience in my first year of university was night and day. Everyone in the building is very courteous and the management is very attentive and responsive. The building is clean and well maintained consistently. The neighborhood is very safe and generally quiet and Quilchena Park being adjacent adds for a nice place to spend sunny days or to go to for evening walks. I am so sad to be leaving but want prospective tenants to know that this building is lovely and a perfect find if you are searching for a new home!
