Agent came into my house and aggressively pulled on the stove, Smashing the front glass. I had to leave work, buy a new one and replace it in the middle of the day, costing me $500 and a days worth of work. When we contacted the broker they refused to comment nor get back to us dodging every call. BEWARE if these agents come into your home for a private showing.
