Diana n’est pas professionnel dans sans travail et raciste et en plus elle envoie pas le dossier au propriétaire pour l’enquête crédit et elle dit que le propriétaire a refusé de vous loyer la maison qu’on tu demandes une preuve elle te dit qu’elle a déjà supprimé le message service 👎

The landlord ignores any complaints made regarding noise from other tenants apartments and does nothing in their power to try and fix the problem. It will take months to get any response for any repairs that need to be done including removal of mold.. overall just a poorly maintained building and under qualified people working in the office. They advertise heated pool, sauna and gym but all have not been properly maintained and are unsanitary. It has all been closed for 2 years with no effort to reopen or properly maintain these facilities despite charging so much rent. False advertisement and dishonest property management. Would NOT recommend.

Le propriétaire ignore toutes les plaintes concernant le bruit des appartements des autres locataires et ne fait rien en son pouvoir pour essayer de résoudre le problème. Il faudra des mois pour obtenir une réponse pour toutes les réparations à effectuer, y compris l'élimination de la moisissure. . dans l'ensemble, juste un bâtiment mal entretenu et des personnes sous-qualifiées travaillant au bureau. Ils annoncent une piscine chauffée, un sauna et une salle de sport, mais tous n'ont pas été correctement entretenus et sont insalubres. Tout est fermé depuis 2 ans sans aucun effort pour rouvrir ou entretenir correctement ces installations malgré un loyer aussi élevé. Publicité mensongère et gestion immobilière malhonnête. Ne recommanderais PAS.

Excellent service. La switch de ma baignoire avait lâché et j'avais rapporté le problème à la propriétaire qui a envoyé quelqu'un pour réparer le jour mëme.

Évitez de louer dans ce zoo
- Les demandes de réparations restent sans réponses à moins que tu fais partie de la même ethnie
- L'analphabétisme gérante ose demander de l'argent pour effectuer la réparation...(j'ai la preuve enregistrement audio...)
- L'analphabétisme gérante a le culot d'amener des résidente de son ethnie ainsi que le cafard qui travaille dans le dépanneur pour la supporter...
- Présence de la police pour une affaire de réparation urgente (fenêtre 000 insolation, moustiquaires qui tombe dans le balcon, aucune aération dans la douche et toilette, salon pas de lampe et éclairage...
- Au 3eme étage l'odeur du Canabis est abominable aussi dans le fameux gym... un monde bizarre qui traînent et pointe devant les portes d'entrées avant arrière....
- Le propriétaire (Faken Iresh...) qui pense qu'à l'argent et il pointe devant ta porte affamé (le loyer et pas de réparations...) tiens un cadeau pour toi ...regarde la photo minable

Le service est devenu vraiment mauvais depuis le nouveau proprietere. On ne recois pas de reponse pour nos pleinte, je ne vous conceil pas de choisir cet immeuble

I almost never post reviews but I feel that I am obliged to share this to protect any future tenants. This place is absolutely horrible.
It clearly says on the lease that no weed or BBQs are allowed. The smell of weed is always emanating from the apartments and common areas. When we call the building management, they tell us to take care of the issue ourselves and talk to the police. They do not budge in taking action.
They are renting out 3 1/2 apartments to 4+ people at once and not getting involved when there is too much illegal noise coming out of these apartments.
They started construction work and vacated the interior parking spaces on the day of the Great Montreal blizzard. They didn’t even create a safe space for ADA accessibility. I saw a young mother with a baby carrier fall on her back trying to get to the entrance and bursting into tears.
They start extremely loud demolition work (with dynamite) at 7 am in the morning. Instead of waking up to the sound of an alarm clock, you wake up to the sound of dynamite and banging. This stays for the entire day. It causes severe migraines. The dust from all the construction caused nose bleeds.

When we finally left the building, they asked us to return the keys and pick up our deposit. We returned the keys but they wouldn't return the deposit. They claimed that we had broken the stove top. Our stove top was indeed broke but it wasn't our fault. As soon as we took possession of the space, it cracked all on its own. We called building maintenance who contacted the manufacturer and confirmed that it was a built-in defect. We ended up losing our deposit.

Do not get fished in by the lower-rent prices and renovated interior apartments. You will end up losing your health.
